By submitting User Data, you grant DeepCyte a limited license to:

- Generate outputs
You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide such data.
6. Outputs
Outputs generated by the Services may include analyses, predictions, or insights.
- Outputs are provided “as is” for informational purposes
- You are responsible for evaluating their accuracy and suitability
- DeepCyte does not guarantee outcomes or results
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR.

DEEPCYTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
DEEPCYTE’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID (IF ANY) BY YOU TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepCyte from any claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Data
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Services will cease
- Certain provisions will survive (e.g., IP, liability, indemnification)
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
For users in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
